At Book A Place, we aim to provide transparent and fair booking policies for all our customers.
📌 Booking Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed with 50% advance payment.
- Remaining 50% payment must be paid at the time of check-in.
- Only advance-paid bookings will be considered confirmed.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund will be provided if cancellation is informed 10 days or more prior to the check-in date.
- No refund will be applicable if cancellation is made within 9 days of the check-in date.
- No show = No refund.
🌦️ Weather & Unforeseen Conditions
- In case of bad weather, natural calamities, or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled.
- In such cases, the property team will try to provide an alternative experience.
- No refund will be provided for activity cancellation due to such reasons.
